For our company policy, all running and trail shoes from any brand come with a 1-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

All running shoes sold by us are covered under a 1-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

✅ Covered Under Warranty
• Sole separation (not caused by excessiveuse)
• Faulty stitching or glue failure
• Defective eyelets or lace loops
• Cushioning system failure (e.g., air or gel leaks due to defect)

❌ Not Covered:
• General wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage
• Wear on outsole rubber, midsole foam, or upper fabric due to mileage
• Water damage, heat damage, or exposure to harsh elements
• Fit or sizing issues after use

📦 To claim warranty:
• Provide proof of purchase
• Share clear photos of the issue
• Submit your claim within the 1-month period
